The Cleveland Browns are much more talented than their posted results this season. A lousy quarterback crippled the Browns, and they're still not overly gifted at the position. However, the team has looked better despite a bad loss last week. 

We expect the team to respond in a short week. The Steelers had a monumental win against the Ravens, so this is a perfect letdown spot. Additionally, Pittsburgh doesn't blow many teams out, so this plays to the strength of the underdog. 

This game can be relatively challenging to pick from a spread perspective. This is why we're sticking with the props on Thursday. The Cold, Hard Football Facts have successfully predicted the outcome of NFL games and seasons for over 20 years. We have hit 54% this season and are looking to build on this success on Thursday. 

The first prop we're taking is Russell Wilson, Over 186.5 Passing Yards. Wilson missed his passing yards line last week but still finished with 205. We anticipate this game will be closer than expected, and the Browns will have the defense to put Pittsburgh in passing situations. 

The Browns are 23rd in Defensive Real Quarterback Rating and 22nd in Defensive Passer Rating. They have been bad this season against the pass, and while they should be better against a divisional opponent, we're still taking the over for Wilson. 

We're also taking Jameis Winston to go over 217.5 Passing Yards. The Steelers have a tremendous defense and stack up in nearly every proprietary stat. Pittsburgh is second in Defensive Passer Rating and Bendability, but the Browns must throw to keep pace with Pittsburgh. 

The Browns haven't done anything well and have nothing to lose. Therefore, look for the Browns to take chances down the field with Jameis Winston. He has gone over this line in three straight games.
