THE TEAM: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
THE PICK: Joe Tryon, LB, Washington
THE RATIONALE: The Bucs added a linebacker who is more of a straight edge rusher and sat out the 2020 season. He has the ability to be an explosive edge rusher in a Todd Bowles defense that needed depth going forward to keep up its heroics from 2020.
THE TAKEAWAY: Tryon feels like a bit of a reach here, but he projects as a dominant player going forward. He's been a steep riser because of versatility and athleticism, and the Bucs can afford to develop him for another year.
